Ingredients to make Til Gur Paratha
Roasted Sesame – 1/2 bowl
Wheat flour – 1 bowl
Jaggery – 1/2 bowl
Desi ghee – as required
Salt – 1 pinch

How to make Til Gur Paratha
To make Til Gur Paratha, first sift wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Now add a pinch of salt to it and knead the dough by adding water little by little. After kneading the dough, cover it with a cloth and keep it aside for 15 minutes to set. Meanwhile, take a pan and put sesame seeds in it and roast them on low flame. Sesame has to be roasted till its color turns light pink and starts crackling. After this take out the roasted sesame seeds in a bowl.
Now take a big bowl and put jaggery in it first. After this add roasted sesame seeds and mix both the ingredients well. Stuffing for paratha is ready. Now knead the dough once more and then make balls in equal proportion.

Now take a nonstick pan/griddle and keep it on medium flame for heating. Till the tawa is getting hot. Take such dough and roll it a little round. Put the prepared masala in it and close it. After this flatten the dough into a round shape and roll out the paratha. When the tawa becomes hot, put some ghee on it and spread it all around and put the paratha.

Now let the paratha roast for some time, after that turn the paratha and apply ghee on its top. To ensure that the paratha gets roasted well from both the sides, keep turning it in between.
